Placing Your Order

Please use our online store at www.elizaclare.com (this web site) to place all orders with Eliza Clare.

When you place an online order you will receive a confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you again by email when your order is dispatched or if there is any delay in supplying an item in your order.

Postage and Packaging

Orders deliverable to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post’s Express Post Service. This service guarantees safe and fast delivery of your fabulous new handbag!

Our postage and handling costs are charged at a flat rate of $20.00 per handbag within Australia.

Overseas orders are sent using Express Post International which allows for safe, fast delivery and online tracking of your package. Shipping rates are variable and we will notify of shipping costs when you place your order.

All Eliza Clare Handbags are made to order – please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your handbag.

Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of goods. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (through PayPal), or Australian Post money orders. We cannot accept BPay, cash, or any other forms of payment.

Our online payment system (PayPal) at Eliza Clare is completely secure and we do not pass your personal details onto anyone – your privacy is our promise!

If you wish to pay with an Australian Post money order your Eliza Clare Handbag will be dispatched only after we have received and processed your money order. We are happy to receive money orders, but payment by credit card is the quickest and most convenient way for you to buy from Eliza Clare.

All prices displayed on the Eliza Clare website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included in the handbag price.

Product Availability

All Eliza Clare Handbags are handmade to order – each and every bag is an original. As none of our bags are manufactured by machine, each will have slight differences, even between two bags of the same design. Designs may vary slightly from the product’s images as displayed on the Eliza Clare website. This is a good thing! It means that your new handbag is truly yours alone.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of goods we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders into two or more deliveries. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We promise to promptly inform you if there will be any delays in fulfilling your order.

Gift-Wrap

Products purchased from Eliza Clare are delivered to you beautifully gift wrapped – suitable to be given as a gift as soon as they arrive! Or just for you to enjoy the excitement of opening your gift to yourself!

If your order is for a very special occasion, please tell us! We will make the packaging extra special! Send an email to service@elizaclare.com along with your name, order details etc. and tell us about your special occasion.

Refunds/Returns

We at Eliza Clare want to ensure your complete satisfaction and will gladly refund your money or exchange the goods if they are found to contain manufacturing faults. We cannot exchange items or give refunds if you change your mind about your selection!

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Where the original payment was made by money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed. Credit Card refunds will be made to the credit card you used to purchase the goods. Goods must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.

Every effort will be made to ensure you of a prompt refund. An email notification of your refund will be sent once your return has been processed.
